Education requirements:
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience requirements:
1 - 2 years relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle of technical helpdesk from end-users
- Providing technical assistance and support for incoming call and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue have been resolved
Requirements:
- High Diploma in IT discipline or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant working experience with helpdesk will be highly preferred
- Work independent, Hard-working, willing to learn, polite, patient
- Immediate Available is a great advantage
- Fresh graduate & applicants with less will be considered
