Experience requirements:
6 to 8 years’ working experience with solid managerial experience

Responsibilities:

A leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. Their services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

New Role – Head of UK International Properties

An opportunity to join a newly created role for the candidate who is an engaging professional with the ability to communicate to all levels of seniority

Leveraging on established relations with UK Residential Real Estate Developers to win new

• developments to launch internationally
• Utilising knowledge of UK Residential Market prices to advise Developers and clients on the
• positioning and pricing of units to the international market 
• Strong understanding of management and running UK Sales Marketing Suites, including
• production and ongoing staff management will be a plus
• Day to day management of Marketing campaigns to promote UK Investment properties 
• in Hong Kong – Utilising market knowledge
• Extensive experience hiring and management of sales and support staff across UK & Asia will 
• be essential
• Experience and understanding of UK real estate cycles form conception to construction through
• to sales across International Regions will be an advantage

Experience

• Good command of written and spoken near native English

Compensation 

• Salary (based on experience level), holiday leave 21 days
