Responsibilities:
- Report and work closely with the Group and Regional Team Head for the full spectrum of Finance, HR & Office Admin service to front-line and back-office staff.
- Advise budget and headcount plans, and monthly management reports including financial statements
- Prepare monthly payroll process, and MPF benefits, healthcare insurance
- Maintain and manage HR records, and employee databases.
- Prepare HR data and monthly reports for management review.
- Provide full-scale Office Management & Administrative duties support for all staff.
- Participate in any ad hoc Finance, Admin or HR tasks as required.
Requirements:
The Successful Applicant
- University degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of generalist Finance experience in the Fintech or Financial industry.
- CPA or professional qualifications will be a plus
- A proven track record in financial data analysis is required, including able to use advanced excel tools, manage to monthly financial report including budgets, cashflow and forecast PL income and expenses, advance excel tools
- Excellent communication skill, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Details-minded and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent public speaking and creative analytical skills
- Multi-language skills is a plus
- Knowledge in basic program software skills, e.g. Java, Python, AI machine reading, is a plus
