Education requirements:
Good command of written and spoken near native English

Experience requirements:
6 to 8 years’ working experience with solid managerial experience. In-depth knowledge and understanding of UK property.

Responsibilities:

A leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. Their services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

Expertise & Professional Development - recognise and receive regular referrals from colleagues to work with their clients. The ‘go to’ person for questions from management peer group
