Education requirements:
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience requirements:
1 year or above
Responsibilities:
- Handle service calls with professional manners
- Provide printer diagnostic / support
- Handle / support / coordinate with Engineers
- Provide detail report as necessary
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma Holder in related Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1 or 2 years experience in Network and printer troubleshooting
- Basic Hardware knowledge
- Immediate available is preferred
