Education requirements:
F.7 or above in receptionist experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Arranging schedule, team event and clients’ appointments
- Monitor the progress of various projects and deadlines
- Arrange travel itinerary, hotel accommodation and traffic arrangement
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- At least 1-2 years related experience in receiptionst
- Good telephone manner is a must
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
- Well organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
