Responsibilities:
- Provide support services to customer via phone and email
- Work with Support Team in order to deliver complete solution and service to customer.
- Handle regular sales administration tasks.
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with 2 - 3 years in related discipline
- Customer service experience on IT products is preferred
- Immediate available preferred
